Attached is the official determination from the State of Michigan that dismisses Commissioner Varga's complaint to disqualify Valerie Brady as a candidate (the only opponent of Varga) for Wayne County Commissioner District 5.
Now... let's see if the NH will do an article as quickly on this as they did on Varga's unsubstantiated complaint against Brady.
I have also attached Varga's original complaint and the letter from the LPFD.

Couple of things:
Bednarski's lawsuit documents allege that the City of Lincoln Park etal defrauded him of his site/building plans and by approving the Consent Judgement/Settlement Agreement with Papalas LLC, the City of Lincoln Park aligned themselves on the side of the Papalas LLC and therefore sued.
Flat Rock is facing a defecit and has decided to wait to pass a bugdet ..They turned down a recent proposal because they have until June 30 th Like many cities reducing the high price of Public Safety is the way they are choosing to balance a budget . Southgate made changes last years and are in better shape. Wyandotte has made changes and improved their General fund. Most of these cities sit down or have sat down and resolved Budget problems .
